What do we look at during the scan?

In an online session of about 45 minutes via Microsoft Teams, we go through five questions with you:

1. Where does your label data come from? From your ERP, from Excel or typed in by hand? And is there one leading source?
2. Who may change a label? Is there an approval step, version control and a history of changes?
3. Which requirements apply to your industry? For example CLP/GHS for chemicals, GS1 and SSCC for logistics and retail, allergens for food, or UDI and FMD for medical and pharma.
4. How is your label software doing? Which NiceLabel version do you use, is it still supported, and are your license and maintenance still current?
5. Where does it go wrong now? Print errors, wrong labels or a lot of manual work.

What do you get?

After the scan, you receive a short one-page summary by email: the three main risks and three concrete improvements. You can continue with it yourself, or together with us. The scan is free and without obligation.
