The custom reprint interface at Rotaid: for returns (RMA) or a replacement sticker, the employee scans the serial number and the system automatically reprints the right label based on the original product data. One action, error-free administration.

  The vision of Ruben Halmans, "If it works in my own town, it could work in other towns as well", now has a technical basis. If Rotaid expands its own assembly, the infrastructure is ready. New label types or applications are easy to add without rebuilding the workflow.
